Computers are great

When they work, that is. Right now blogger doesn't seem to want me to have pictures with my posts, so you'll have to do without my "exploding-computer" image lol.

Just a small rant today. The computer systems were down at work today until 2pm; great, the tellers couldn't post anything, and I couldn't even print documents or pull a credit check. I'm glad they came back up before the end of the day though, I was able to catch up without staying too late :).

Second BEEF: Why do I ever spend more than $30 on a pair of shoes? It seems like every time I do - and this applies mainly to my nice leather work shoes- I trip on the cement within a couple weeks of getting them and they're scratched or scuffed. This upsets me! Not that anyone ever notices it, but I notice and I hate the fact that I'm so friggin' clumsy and can't keep a pair of shoes in good shape for more than a week.
