Damn! I ate so well this week, drank a ton of water and even got some exercise in; stupid TOM!
Ironically, even though I gained a pound, I had the best results out of the 3 of us this week. One of the girls was up 2 pounds and the other put on 3. Here's to a new week....
Goals:
- Stick to TWO Tim Horton's double doubles
- Work out 4 times for at least 30 minutes
- No eating past 8:30
- Drink at least 10 glasses of water everyday
I don't think there was too much I could have done to avoid the gain this week, so I'm just gonna move on and hope to be rewarded on the scale next week.
