Much better today :)

My extreme pissyness yesterday was related to 3 things:

• Irritating co-worker
• Lack of appointments
• PMS

Today was 200% better than yesterday - aside from the fact that I ate 2 hot dogs for lunch- eeek, free BBQ was supposed to be for the CUSTOMERS! The rest of my food day was good, I didn't have anything else with my dogs at lunch, nor did I have any afternoon snacks. I had an add supper; about a cup of couscous, a couple bites of chicken, and a flax pita with PB & J.

I had 5 appointments booked today and they ALL showed up, what a miracle! I spent about an hour and a half outside for the BBQ, so that broke up my day quite nicely, hopefully I got some colour....hah, I doubt it.

Anyhoo, I'm off to bed; one more day of work!
