Woohoo! I'm in the lead for my work competition AND the $150 prize! I had new motivation when I came home today, so I went on the bike & elliptical trainer for about 1/2 an hour while supper was in the oven.

It's amazing what a difference a little bit of exercise can make in the way you feel; I just feel better in general...and most importantly, I have fewer wobbly bits :).
