Frig....Its HOT

Its 33 degrees here today and I think I might melt. I'm living up to all of my goals for the week except the exercise, unless packing counts as exercise. Its just too hot to use the exercise bike in our cramped quarters right now, but I think my Mom and I will be going for nightly 5k walks while Calvin is working at the Calgary Stampede.

Poor Rocky is beside himself in this heat. Right now, he's sleeping in the Aldo bag that my newly exchanged shoes came home in (!). He also wakes up sometime between 3:30 and 5:00 every morning, walks all over us while meowing, just to let us know how hot he is...and how much he hates the stand up fan.

So, thank God for my air-conditioned office, without it, I think I would die! Ironically enough, I actually got cold enough today that I considered turning on a space heater; how warped is that lol.
