Ahh, much better than yesterday

My work day was much better than yesterday, no nasty falls or witchy bitches. I didn't have 6 million appointments and was able to get some of my weekly phone calls made; perfect.

I ate really well, despite a going away party for our beloved Customer Service Manager, I was cool as a cuke and made a good food choice. We went to a pub - pubs are notorious for yummy greasiness - and had a turkey wrap with mustard dressing on the side and got raw veggies instead of fries. It's nice to have a meal out and not leave the restaurant feeling like a a tub of goo.

I'm going to take the night off from walking and watch Intervention while I sip my semi-weekly steeped tea.
