Just one of those days...

I must say, I ate very well today, I'm totally stoked about that; here's to being comfortably below 150! Other than that, today just wasn't my day...

I fell backwards and landed on my hip this morning, get ready for a bruise post, similar to the one I had 5 months ago....ouch. I usually take 4 appointments a day, sometimes 5 on Friday's because we're open an hour longer; today I had 6. I managed to get most of the paper work done without staying too late; I'm off at 4:45 and I have a 5:00 rule - I pretty much lock up and call it a day regardless. I don't get paid for overtime, so I try not to work it.

Yo-Yo co-worker made a point of criticizing my lunch today, she said it was unhealthy.

Chicken Quesedilla Lean Pocket
celery sticks
2 tsp cheese whiz

Could I have had something better than a lean pocket? Sure, but my lunch was very point friendly, I probably should have eaten more if anything.

Would you be slightly offended/annoyed if this person was criticizing what you were eating? She also said I'm not "really" losing weight, because I've only been losing a pound a week. the key word would be losing, which is something that I've been consistently doing and she hasn't. Why do some people even bother talking? It goes back to what your Mom told you when you were 3, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."

I must be PMSing, because this really got under my skin. We went for an hour walk tonight, and I hope we can do that 4-5 nights a week; that should boost my measly pound a week :).

Sorry for ranting again, but I feel better now.
