Weigh In Results

I lost 1 pound this week, which simply evens out the 1 pound gain I had last week; I'm essentially even for the purpose of my weight loss challenge at work. One of the girls is down 3 pounds and the other is down 5.

The Problem: I have to eat right AND exercise. I can count points and calories til I'm blue in the face, but that alone won't give me real, permanent weight loss. Simply eating right will help me to lose a few pounds of water weight and make me feel good about myself one day at a time, but it ain't gonna change my life lol.

So, I got on the exercise bike tonight - I only lasted 20 minutes due to sore ass syndrome - but 20 minutes is better than no minutes. I also did about 30 push ups and 3 or 4 30 second wall sits. It's a start.

We go to the lawyer tomorrow morning to sign our lives away....


Exciting...but nerve racking...
