That's the bad news; I ate at least 30 points today.
My last appointment was a real %^$&*, so let let myself get carried away at a wine and cheese social thing that was held after the branch closed. Normally, I don't really eat the processed meats, or cheddar cheese (by the slice - they were small slices at least)
I think the main reason why I let myself fall victim to the cheese tray, was that I was soooo hungry; it was almost time for supper. So I think I need to replace my usual mid-afternoon cadbury thin with some fruit or veggies, something with substance anyway.
I'd also like to say, that I hate counting points, or calories, or anything. I can stick to the points for a few weeks, and then I start to get hungry, and feel restricted, which leads me to episodes like I had today, sometimes much worse...
So I think I just need to make healthy choices, watch my fat intake, and drink lotsa water...oh, and exercise too. I lost my first 23 pounds that way - no special plan, I just did what worked for me.
Anyway, enough of this rant. The good news is that I didn't eat anything else after I came home from work, except for a cadbury thin. I drank some water and went for a 45 minute walk; I'm trying to redeem myself, really.
